Week 5 seems as good a week as any to start this. With parity the way it is this year, it probably makes more sense to flip a coin then to actually use logic and game info to predict who's going to win each game. But anyways, here are my picks...
- New England over Cleveland - The Browns' defense will get toasted.
- Seattle over Pittsburgh - Too many playmakers on Seattle's defense. Offensive turnovers will cost the Steelers another game here.
- New Orleans over Carolina - The Saints aren't going to lose 10 or 12 games, they're not that bad.
- Washington over Detroit - I'll take Washington's underrated defense against Detroit's overachieving offense.
- NY Jets over NY Giants - This is basically a coin-flip. The Giants defense is not for real, despite beating down on a Westbrook-less Eagles team last week.
- Houston over Miami - Ronnie Brown is about all there is to Miami's offense. And he's facing one of the tougher run defenses in the league. It'll be close, but Texans win.
- Tennessee over Atlanta - The Falcon's aren't as bad as advertised, but the Titans should run all over them.
- Kansas City over Jacksonville - An extremely low-scoring game, with Kansas City edging it out.
- Arizona over St. Louis - I'll go with Kurt Leinart (or is it Matt Warner this week?) and Edge over St. Louis' awful defense.
- Indianapolis over Tampa Bay - The Colts are still that good.
- San Diego over Denver - LT will have a monster game this week.
- SF over Baltimore - Take the under here. I'll be shocked if either team scores more than 1 TD.
- Green Bay over Chicago - Possible blowout. Like a 41-3 type blowout.
- Dallas over Buffalo - Buffalo's pass defense is in deep doo-doo.
